Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate for Prophet Services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not participate in the affiliate program.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have an active platform (social media, website, or community) where you promote Prophet Services.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 50% commission on successful referrals who make a qualifying purchase for the Prophet HFT Bot.
Affiliates will earn a 33% commission on successful referrals who make a qualifying purchase for the Prophet Live Bot.
Commission rates and payout structures will be disclosed upon approval into the program.
No commission will be earned on chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent transactions.

3. Payouts

Commissions are paid out every Sunday via Crypto (USDT TRC 20)
Minimum payout threshold: N/A
Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive payouts.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must use the unique tracking link provided.
False advertising, misleading claims, or spamming are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not bid on Prophet Services-related keywords in paid ads.
Affiliates must not misrepresent Prophet Services or make false income claims.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if we suspect fraud, unethical promotion, or violation of these terms.
If terminated for violation, outstanding commissions may be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may only use approved branding, images, and marketing materials provided by Prophet Services.
No modification of branding or unauthorized use of Prophet Services’ trademarks is allowed.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Prophet Services is not liable for any losses, claims, or damages resulting from affiliate promotions.
Affiliates act as independent promoters and not as employees or representatives of Prophet Services.

8. Modification Of Terms

Prophet Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after such changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or modifications. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our services immediately.
